Stand up for your rights!

By dudler
To quote Bob Marley - 'Get up! Stand up! Stand up for your rights!'

I had thought of saving this for a Silly Sunday, but I'm afraid I can't resist this...

Moira, aka Mrswoollybill, getting the right perspective of a carved fox (the arts centre and cafe in Leek is called 'Foxlowe') by standing on one of the tables. By way of contrast with her recent post , no members of staff nearly tripped up over her.

I do get told off for climbing on furniture at various local venues, ever since a chair collapsed under me. There was no injury to the camera, I made sure of that...

My mods are looking great at present. I am duly grateful, espeically as there's a risk of getting votes for others' work...

Your insurance company will be proud of you Wink

That fox looks like it's been startled, or am I reading more into it than I should? Grin

PS Please note that this is as close as I normally get to photographing wildlife. I like animals that reliably sit still.

So fun when photographers sneak pictures of each other. Very entertaining. And we see how it's done.

I am so glad I am not the only person who does this sort of thing to get a shot

It's a good thing to note, though ... if you can't get the angle you want, use your feet to change it Wink

Moments later there was a sudden cracking sound, a crash, and then an eirie silence...
The fox just looked on as if nothing at all had happened.
