Yes Kel! This has worked really well; a great lead in chain of rocks, sharp front to back and a limited palette that ties the whole image together really well. The light on the tower adds so much depth to the lighthouse and really makes it stand out against the clouds. The only improvement I can suggest is to clone out the dust bunny on the water to the left of the foremost rock (there may be another in the clouds but I can't be sure at this resolution). Also I just wonder about darkening down the water at the left frame edge where it's brighter and a little distracting (select the area in PSE, feather by about 150 pixels and apply a levels adjustment to bring it down to the same tone as the rest of the sea (or use a mask in your Lightroom)). That aside, this has a much higher quality feel compared to yesterdays, it's a real beauty!

Absolutely magical with those rocks. The textures are great and also the darkness. I otherwise I agree with Al's comments Wink

Some very good advice from Alan. I think the only thing I might add is to consider darkening the sky above the cloud. This will help to concentrate the viewers attention on the lighthouse.

Stunning Smile I don't know why, but at first glance the rocks really reminded me of a whale's back when it breaches (think that's the right word?!).
