Milk churns, an old fashioned trunk on a hand cart, enamel posters, this is a nostalgia fest. No wonder tourists go there.
Like a scene from the railway children film!

Excellent scene - we have similar stations on the Severn valley railway - especially Arley - well worth a visit Smile

Beautifully maintained station - a treat for those of us who love the old world trains and slower travel.

A lovely find.
As the rails are rusty it looks as though the trains don't visit either!

Such a pity these small stations are not used as much as they should be and the work done by the staff to keep them nice is not appreciated.

a picture tells a thousand stories and every time you look at this picture you can see another. Would love to see more of this station and others like it. Thank you for the nostalgic trip
