Stealing from the Pigeons

By JaHa
Snapshot candid from Manchester - this guy was picking up a bag from the middle of a bunch of pigeons, and I just managed to get the tail end of the scene. I messed around with blending modes, gaussian blur and the high pass filter to get it looking a little more blurry but still with some defined edges. Thanks for looking pals

Sad, desperately sad. Very thoughtful, sensitive processing. The blurred black silhouette makes this anonymous, we're not intruding into the man's life. It also lets the imagination fill in the gaps. In a way he's Everyman.

Without your explanation, he could be feeding the pigeons. Has a vagrant look in any case. Life by the tracks in the big city. No thanks. Small town for me. TG
