Splendid idea, well staged and the window light is perfect, but like you I dont really like the window itself - as well as being a tad overexposed the blinds seem anachronistic to me.

The window is important as there are implied implied reasons for her looking out - the viewer must make their own interpretation of her gaze.
However, the modern blind needs to go. Plain, dark curtains, drawn back, or the bare window would be far more appropriate.
As for a title, my personal choice which jumped into my head immediately, is 'Regret'
