Lovely portrait Sue. There's no sign of a let up in the rain either! Sad

Excellent portrait shot of " poor pup", Sue: from taking photos of Brodie, our younger daughter's golden retriever (now 8 and 1/2 months old) I know just how difficult it is to get a good shot as at that age there is always something more interesting for them to be up to than pose from a photographer.
But you have captured your pup so well in this shot, and a good towelling will suffice, unlike Brodie in V 4 of my recent postings of him.......I think a well as a couple of buckets of water, Alberto V05 was called for.
Ronnie.

Utterly gorgeous, I suppose there was stuff you had to crop out, it looks a bit tight, would like to see more room around it.

You know

Maybe, when you choose a complimentary background / texture Sue , taint a bad idea to blur it a little to to taste, so your main subject receives a bit more depth !

Soggy doggie been eating lettuce leaves.

she looks so very grown up now Sue, can not help with the rain though, this morning it is falling like it has never rained before, and so so dark.....

I like your treatment on this image very much. You will have to get her some wellies...

A fine capture of this soggy doggy, Sue! If her paws do go rusty, you'll have to show them on here for Mikbee!! Wink

Wet and wonderful portrait Sue with fine detail of your poor soggy dog, it really is a rotten year so far with the wind and rain.
