Still Waters run deep

By Vinny67
I am completely new to PhotoShop which is why it took forever to put this photo together. I wanted to keep the smoothness of the flowing water resulting from a 30 second exposure but the background came out overexposed all the time. I ended up using 2 pictures – one with a 30 second exposure and one with 1/10 second exposure which came out underexposed. However, the evening sky from the second picture was usable, so I merged the images and you are looking at the result.
