Brilliantly caught!

I looked at your 'Exif' hoping to see the shutter speed - it must have been amazingly quick to capture this so sharply!

Thanks for the comments, settings were 1/1600 sec F/ 6.3 nikon D300s 200 - 400 F4 vr Lens.
