Stopped for a breather

On the way to photograph some fish in a pond I came across this chap, which is just as well because the fish thing didn't work. These dragonflys don't stay still for long but after following it for a while (bloody ages really) it landed for long enough to photograph. Pity about the broken front wing but I should imagine he thinks the same. It doesn't spoil the photo too much though. Hope you like it.

Super close up, better than my attempts but I was further away with a 500mm. Super detail and close up.
Nice capture.
Was he flying in circles with only 3 wings.
