One of your rare forays into the Critique gallery Mike. I do find it a pity that although a storm is obviously brewing you have nor got a more dramatic sky, but again we have to live with what we have before us.
I mention that in particular, because to me, the location of the base of the white lighthouse would be better in the lower left third rather than in the upper third. Generally speaking with seascapes it shouldn't matter but it just seems to be in the wrong place to me. However that means that you would need a dramatic sky above to balance it. Where the skyline is now seems to me to be a little high, usually 1/3 to 2/3 looks best on such shots and I believe this is no exception. If the opportunity presents itself again that is how I would recommend you to approach the shot.
EXIF wise I would have opened my aperture a little here and used f11, normally I would have sugegsted f8 but given your focal length of 70mm, maybe f11 is best from a quality point of view. You would have needed to raise your ISO up to 400 rather than change your shutter speed as it is marginal as it is.

A decent pano shot. Its a little underexposed, looks better a touch brighter. I like the positioning of the pathway, and the stragglers on it. Likely better composed with the lighthouse in further from the edge, - but perhaps there was a MacDonalds there or something else that caused you to position it as is.
Loaded a mod with a little more light, and lifted shadows just a touch. Settings are fine, - though you could likely have done as well at f/11, but weather not very cooperative.

Willie
