Stormy Cyprus Sea

Back to more conventional photographs, 15 images taken on Christmas Eve, the day before the hotel dropped all my kit and a day of very stormy weather indeed. Still, being the intrepid clicker that I am, and having had the foresight to pack the camera's raincoat, I ventured out and collected this evidence that the Mediterranean is not always like a tranquil, turquoise duck pond.

These were all taken within the immediate vicinity of the hotel because it was far too stormy to venture further. As ever the exif applies only to the first image. I used more than one lens for this session.

These all look more like the conditions we'd expect to see in Scarborough rather than the Mediterranean! 😁 A very lovely collection here, Lynne, hard to chose a fave, 'cos I like 'em all! 👍😀

What a wonderful set, Lynne, despite being stormy. My choice is V.10, and v.2 is like a bubble bath with the taps turned full on 🙂🙂 a top series definitely ! wild seascapes beautifully taken and presented. A delight to see (or sea).

V10 my favourite by a mile, Lynne. The view point, light and composition really do it for me. (A lead or final picture in the set would've been my choice.) Smile
Great captures though both rough and rugged along a very changed coast line from the summer Sun tourist location.
