A lovely and strange photo....as I move my head, it appears to move with me.
We here, living with the VERY strange and distressing Donald Trump are frightened AND motivated to resist and build. Doing climate work as I do, he is motivation to work that much harder. Environmental and progressive groups have been getting a very high level of web hits, donations, and membership increases since our elections in November, and even more since Jan. 20. The Republican meetings here in Philadelphia last week were the catalyst for many demonstrations all day last Thursday, with our Mayor and members of Congress (Democrat) urging people to demonstrate----and keep demonstrating. '
Now, with his strangling immigration, particularly Muslim immigration, we have had huge demonstrations at the Philadelphia airport yesterday and today.
STRANGE TIMES, indeed. And, will get stranger, in this time of "alternate facts/"

thank you Peter always interesting to hear the view of people on the front line,
I usually write my poems about topical points,
and am careful to stay neutral,
I send my poems to various publications,
as for the world , I say.
even if we blow ourselves to smithereens the planet will regenerate and continue without us, although she will always be safe.....
we might not be.
