Strawberry Hill #4

By Karuma1970

We had Strawberry Hill almost to ourselves because Hurricane Tomas was on its way though in fact in was downgraded to a tropical storm before it got to Jamaica. There was still debris strewn about when we made our mad dash back to Kingston before the main storm hit.
It is a very steep, winding road down to Kingston and our driver drove one handed while he talked on his phone, the wind howled and he took far more interest in the women he saw than in the road itself.

Sounds a bit of a dodgy driver. Driving in his own style. Beautiful flowers. Debs

Thatís another great set and narrative Mike. Jackie seems engrossed in the magazine.

Both you and I have likely had more than one OMG driver. There was a place in Peru where the buses went up only at night because the tourists found it too scary in then daytime. He does look the one handed type.

I must have caught him here when he was actually looking at the road.

Beautiful shots ... My late Uncle was Marketing Director for Jamaica Producers (Banana Importers) a long time ago now..and they used to live on one of the plantations a few months a year this was in the late 60's..

And those peppers look really hot!

I do the veggies and plantings, Karen helps weed, keeps the brick patio from too much coming up between the bricks, and she does the herb garden.
