The image is 1:1. F8 1/180s ISO 100 and was shot handheld.
It was lit from beneath using an Olympus Fl36r flashgun set at 1/64th power and diffused using a window diffuser and a sheet of A4 card, as the flash was under a table with a glass top sufficient light still got through.
I was aiming for a 1:1 shot which I got by setting the lens to 1:1 and using manual focus to stop the camera from changing it, I was also practising using full manual (which I did!) and hand holding the camera.
Any helpful comments and advice gratefully received.
