Thatís a wonderful balalaika Phil, great to see a bass one being played. Must be a lovely sound.

And on the left, a domra - we have one. Bayan on the right. Classic combination - we were involved in music school exchanges with Leningrad / St Petersburg for around 20 years... Good memories...

I like the retro treatment with the faded colour and white vignette, a nice airy fell to the image. And that balalaika is gorgeous.

A fine street capture, Phil 😃 When I was in Bruges back in 2016, I came across a trio playing in one of the main squares there, and a lady was playing one of those bass balalaikas - exactly the same, on looking in my images! 👍

A fine image, love the treatment.
The chap playing the vulcan bomber has to support it I see, unlike a double bass.
