Strike a light!

By HouseMartin
Another "what to try on a cold dark evening worth an upload" job. Cadged the lighter off me son as I have no need of one these days.

Actually straight out of the camera, no messing, which was nice.

ISO100, f/11, 8 secs (just enough time to press the remote, strike the thing a couple of times, and then look at the camera back to see the result)

Many thanks to all who voted on the previous upload. Appreciated.

I like this Paul. One thing though, I would have tried to get the whole flame in the shot just looks a bit less oomphy (is that a word? it should be) with the loss of the tip. Great idea though well done.

Know what you mean Chris. This was the best of the bunch flame-wise, and I wasn't expecting such a big one!
Thanks for the feedback both.
Paul
