stuck in the mud

Thought Id share this with you which happened in work today. 35 ton excavator completly stuck, it took two heavy duty recovery trucks and three hymac excavators all chained to get him out. I have got into the habit of taking my camera everywhere with me so I dont miss things like this. Thought it quite funny that you can see the blokes legs under the bucket even though he,s at least 20ft away from it

yeah it was a dangerous operation tbh as there are three steel cables attached to the machine onto two heavy duty trucks , on top of that where the bucket is there is a gas,water and electric main running just under the road. If one of those cables snapped it would have cut them in half
