Subtle tones of Talacre

By Philpot
For once I think the bland sky helps this minimalist scene, for me the colours work well together with the golden raised sand bank that was gone about 2 minutes after I took this shot against the blue sky and reflected hues in the sea and wet sand.

Its quite difficult to get anything original from this location other than shooting from the sand dunes and grasses further back, but this has some reasonable textures in the sand and the incoming tide which kind of help it, I dont usually say this but its best viewed on a PC full size to see what I'm piping on about!

Have a good weekend peeps.

Quite minimalistic, but a great composition and capture, Phil, with just a hint of reflection on the wet sands 👍 Does look better viewed large! 😀
