A very hot and humid early evening, saw me in the Echo Meadow, the sloping grazing which slopes down, then gracefully up to my very close neighbour.....Kenilworth Castle.

Because it has been done to death photographically speaking, I rarely make an effort to shoot there any more, it is all too familiar.

But, the sky, plus a herd of grazing heifers seemed to set the scene, so my wide angle adapter, a tripod and small apertures were brought into play.

My office was far too hot to process any of the others, but I thought this looked promising....processed using Nik Silver Efex.
