Summer Glade

I’ve been using an old Canon 40d converted to 720mn infrared and really enjoyed do so. So much so I’ve gone ahead and had my Sony A7 converted to full spectrum. This an image taken on that A7.
I’m doing some false colour as well but my editing software, which is Lightroom, can’t edit them. At least I know I can’t the white balance right. I researching Capture One and would be interested to hear any thoughts on it. Especially with regards to infrared editing.

Full spectrum and a handful of filters - I found (after having my A7 done) from the chap's website that an orange filter gives interesting results with no extra faffing, really. Who did your conversion, if you don't mind my asking?

Hi John, yes I’ve got an orange filter for my false colour. Looking forward to processing some of the ones I’ve taken as soon as sort myself with Capture One. Alan Burch did the conversion. My partner had already used him so I knew he was a good guy to use.

He did my Alpha, as well. Interesting website, too, with lots of info... And a link to a site with assessments of IR hotspots for quite a lot of lenses...

It is a very good website and he’s always ready to answer questions by email as well. I’d highly recommend him.
