i take quite a few sunsets / sunrises and this is very very good, you've got the tree in sight for added intrest, just the right amount of f/g. it might benifit if you framed it but that up to you.

Nice colours but to me, it seems little more than an opportunistic snap shot of a colourful sky. However, this could be great but for me, a sunset needs some other interest like a dramatic foreground. (For example, a sillhoutted tree.) Otherwise, you could use some ND grad filters to balance out the exposure difference between sky and foreground to capture some detail in the foreground (rather than getting the dark black band at the bottom).

Agree with Chris, I would have perhaps liked the tree to figure a bit larger in the shot to give it interest.
