You've gone a little overboard on the information! Exposure and main camera settings would be sufficient.
This has been taken in flat lighting, normally good for detail shots, but it's resulted in a flat image here, not helped by the fact that all the tones and colours are similar.
As a result, the red buoy becomes quite a distraction, so cloning it out would be the best option. This needs some lighting to selectively pick out the boat, which is a great subject, which means picking the time of day when the sun is in the right direction.
If you could move to your right you'd avoid that silver birch cutting across the boat so we have a clear view, but that may not be possible in that location unless you have webbed feet!

Cropped all round.
Not a lover of fake photos with messing with Photoshopping photos.
The point of the photo is how it blends in with time with the background of the hillside.
The tree to the lest add to the view so it`s not just a sunken boat!!.
I like it, that's what counts and appreciate the critique.
What`s your thoughts now?
Nigwel.

Your mod is stronger than your original. only a little change but it makes a difference.
So long as you like your shots and they tell the story you want, that's ok.
When putting a photo up for critique it does help to describe what you were after, or trying to achieve wth the image, as you've just done.
