Ongoing battle to get the best from my "new" (second hand) D850....this weapon of choice is a wonderful sometimes frustrating piece of kit...the previous owner had either shot weddings or portraits or both at various times and the camera was still set in their operating mode...I confess to thinking it was faulty until I realized it needed a rethink...on my technique!...on glass of choice!....on presetting's in the menus! and even Adobe to a certain extent.....starting to get there so what or where am I?
1...be careful what you wish for!
2....Learn to be twice as patient sat at the pc/mac and finally
3..... remember the delete button is your best escape route when you've got it wrong!

thanks Isabel......I like to think its possible to speak ones mind on here...styles and kit often overlap so a little verbal clarity does help sometimes

Excellent shot. Très bien fait! I'm sure you'll conquer the D850, you're well on the way by the look of it.
I love how French farmers (and indeed the Portuguese) keep the old tractors going for decades.
