Sunseeker Rally 2012

By Trev_B
Today saw the return of the Sunseeker Rally to Ringwood Forest, it's generally held over the last weekend in February. The weather today was sunny warm and dry which made watching the event very pleasant. However this left the gravel tracks dry, lacking puddles and mud tending to make the images to my mind a tad boring.

Anyhow here are a few classic rally cars and when you consider they are 30 to 40 years old are not doing to bad.

A big thanks to your kind votes and comments for yesterdays upload Winter Cheer... they are always nice to getWink

Like the three captures Trev, my choice today is V1! Pin sharp with a great feeling of movement.

Thanks everyone... yes the Escort was a bit of a character.... full of dents and wagging his tail all the from a sharp right hander. The mighty Metro 6R4, 6 cylinder 4 wheel drive 3 litre, is here every year and is a real classic.

I was there too Trev but in an even worse spot as there was no sense of action in my shots, so well done!
