From yesterdays sunseet meet at Devil's Dyke in Sussex. This is really the first time I've tried to photograph a sunset, but this one seems to have turned out OK...

A beautiful sky.
I wonder if it would be possible to brighten up the land a touch, just enough to make out the field patterns?

I have the same thought as Julie, and mine are just the same, the land needs to be a bit brighter !

Perhaps exposing more for the land and then using a ND grad to tone down the sky would have been the answer ?

Also, the interest is centered around the setting sun so I may be tempted to be even more ruthless with the cropping off the darker are to the right leaving an almost square .

It was a great evening - but very difficult to capture. Nice try Darren - but tend to agree with above. However at least the sun isn't burnt out!
