Great Shoot, might have been tempted to blacken out the cars a bit to try and keep that middle section really dark.

I've also cropped a bit from the bottom, ideally, I'd like to lose the little jetty in the foreground altogether, and sharpened it.
I like it though.
take a look at your last image Daybreak, (a particularly stunning example of getting it just right) and look at this one and you will see all the things that make the former a fabulous image and highlight the weaknesses of this upload.
essentially its a nice scene and has lovely saturation of colour but as a composition it has no balance or dimentional depth and the area of blackness in the mid distance is too intence and overpowering when i feel sure there would have been interesting detail within. it dosnt look planned as in a tripod with grads and a preplanned location etc, something more found on the hoof.
its usually ,but not alway,s a bad idea to include the full force of a sunball. firstly its going to burn out due to its intensity of brighness and secondly its going to trick the meter into underexposure. i think that happened here where in daybreak you have a lovely open exposure.
as i view the scene as presented, im wondering if a lower view rotating more to the left including the jetty as a foreground lead may have worked better. a 2 stop or 3 stop grad may well have made a difference to the exposure balance because it would have been nice to hold back the sky and have a little more detail in the water area.
This doesn't work for me, I'm afraid. The colours in the sky and reflection are wonderful but the silhouette is just a black mass in the centre of the frame. The only thing a silhouette has is its shape so you need to choose something that is a distinctive and easily recognized.
You have some excellent advice above, but personally I feel the silhouette and it's reflection are not defined enough to work well. The colours are great but the subject should tell a story in some way and in this case it (the silhouette) doesn't, it's just a bright orange sunset with a deal of black in the middle.
If you'd lifted the shadows there is some lovely light on the cars and it would show man an nature in juxtaposition, far more interesting IMHO.
I tried to do it in a mod but the jpeg won't have it, still I'll post it so you get an idea of what I'm trying to say.
The area is lovely and looks very promising for lots more images, and the trees isolated would make wonderful dedicated silhouettes.
I think this looked very much better 'in the flesh' than it has recorded. A difficult image with a very wide - too wide - range of tones. The mod makes it better, but the sun was just too bright.
Needed shooting when the sun was a little lower.
