Sunset at Heswall

By Anthony
Met up with Ian (newy17) last night, went to Heswall for a few hours. Took a few pictures, but overall, I feel this was the best of the sunset shots I got.

Used PS CS3 to process, cropped a little, rotated the horizon a touch, used Virtual Photographer Sunset filter, then reduced it to 70% strength. Then resized and uploaded for your enjoyment.

Any and all comments are very welcome.

Thank you in advance.

A few happy memories from this shot Anthony, a friend of mine used to have a boat moored (Mudded? Smile ) here.

That mud is disgusting and very easy to sink up to your hips in - but it does look good in the evening light.

You've made good use of the compositional "Rules" here and the darke detail works for me.

Nice to see the island in the distance
