Shooting into strong sunlight can give some wonderful effects (though care must be taken because it can not only damage your eyes, but your camera too!), IF most of the sun is blocked in some way. This can produce some fantastic silhouettes. If the sun had been a little lower and weaker you may have got a wonderful colourful sunset, but I feel the sun is a little too high and strong this time. It is quite hard to make out the person walking away from you, she is neither clear nor a silhouette.

I like the fact you've turned the camera on its side, this gives a good composition - though saying that, I think I might crop just a little off the bottom to make a square format (keeping the persons reflection in the sand).

A wonderful memento of an evening walk, and if you like it that is all that matters! Smile

I love the inclusion of the child and their reflection! Sometimes flare can work, for me I don't mind it here Smile
