SUNSHINE!

This post shows some of the photographic opportunities that the last few days of sunshine has provided. A new shift of flowers has arrived, the umbels are appearing with Cow Parsley, Hogweed and the like, the Bluebells are fading and their place taken by other species.

The canal and river have changed from muddy brown and dull into magic mirrors and the insects are out in droves as are people released from lockdown. We all have our own and different ways of enjoying the sunshine as evidenced by the lady in the last image.

Anyway I hope you enjoyed the sunshine as much as we have.

A lovely set with all the new wildflowers - especially love V9.
I'm sure the lady in V14 could have found a more inspiring place to sit.
My late husband used to take ages to find the perfect picnic spot.

A very beautiful set here Lynne, the hover fly is beautiful, and so is Ansel. V3 has it for me, curious flower, looks tropical!

So nice to have all this sunshine, not just brief spells interspersed with rain! Another lovely day today, just right a trip to the doctors for a blood test 💉 She couldn't find any at first attempt, and had to have another go! A very lovely set, here, especially liking the ones with the bees, and V1, V9, V11 being my faves 😃👍
