The second version is better in a way because of the sky detail, but I feel the reflection in the bottom half are a little to dark. would like to see a colour version.

Link to colour version now added. I deliberately went for darker in this version, but do see your point, the shadow areas in the reflection could be lifted a little.

the brighter look in the main upload has more appeal to me

Another vote for the lead. The high contrast version appeals to me and is a strong image, giving a more impressionist view, being an artistic interpretation, rather than a simple record.

Works better for me without the distraction of the red bits 👍 Have to go for the version 😃

I kind of like both but the lead looks too white in the foreground yet the detail is there in the reflections which looks a bit odd.

I favour the starker tones i the lead, but I wouldn't dismiss the version, which has its own merits, too...

That's because of the tinted glass, my aim was to concentrate the eye into the more detailed reflection. I was also being a bit provocativeTongue
