This image was taken at Balintoy harbour a few weeks ago. After a somewhat disappointing day of grey sky and flat light the clouds parted and the setting sun brought 20 minutes of beautiful soft warm light.

Nice image Jim. I hope santa was good to you.
Me and the missus drove up to Ballintoy a couple of weeks ago only to greeted by fantastic rough seas breaking over the rocks but it was also bucking down so we just had to sit in the car and watch. Hope to get back again in drier conditions.

That's pretty typical of many of my adventures Ted, getting all of the weather conditions to behave at the same time is a gift I've not yet been granted!!
