Surprise!

By KarenFB
I was out tidying up the garden (a plum tree was for the axe as it was mostly dead!). As I looked for a place to start hacking away, I spotted this lizard (about 6 inches long) enjoying the sunshine!! Mum-in-Law was supervising and had her small compact camera - I managed to lean passed the lizard to borrow it. The lizard just sat there watching me............in fact I had to try and pick it up to move it!!

I have rotated the image 90degs as I wanted it to be as large as possible! Wink

Good shot Karen!
(I've just been to the Canaries - I didn't see one lizard! I think they've built over them!).

That's really sad! We seem to have more then our fair share - Taffy gets great delight by bringing them in and watching me try to catch them!! (All completely unharmed and released back outside!). Thanks for your c&c Peter. Smile
