I figured out they wernt one shot as there is a slightly different composition and the skys are different.
I would say the B/w image would work with a little more tweeking, the land and sky contrast ranges are very different in your shot, that said its a great effore and the only way to learn is to do what you like to your images.
It depends on your choice of software as to how you edit the image.
