T Biddulph Plasterer

By TrevBatWCC
After leaving Blists Hill shopping streets and turning right at the sweet shop in my previous upload, you come to the short section of the Shropshire Canal. Alongside the canal is a pathway, with to the right hand side this, Biddulph's Plasterers, and the coal mine to rear.
Blue skies suddenly appeared and the sun threatened to shine, but it only lasted about 10 minutes before it clouded over again! Sad

Single Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw 7, tweaked in Photomatix Pro 5 and Photoshop Elements 11.

Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging.

Oh yeah, I remember that day in May where the sun almost shone, it was the day before I went away; I like the soft processing in this Trev and the journey so far is making my legs ache with all the walking, can we go back to the sweetie shop please GrinGrinGrin

Very nice. It seems rather strange to have a plasterer who specialises in decorative pieces right next to a pit - my imagination is on overload!

Must have been a thriving business back then...suspect it's all mass produced now

A good angle on this, Trev, and the lack of sun has helped with the detail.

Perfectly composed Trev. I see nothing odd about working in an old shack.

You can see every single plank of wood in this shot Trev. I love the process too.
