Tarr Steps medieval packhorse bridge - Exmoor

By HobbitDave
Views of the ancient stone packhorse bridge at Tarr Steps, believed to be originally Roman, but the existing bridge is medieval. A damp day but this is a magical place in any weather. The thatched cottages were on the way to Tarr Steps, and the old farmhouse directly overlooks the river and bridge. Last Exmoor lot for this year - hope you like them. Dave

All these images are great, each one stands on its own. May I also say that it looks an idyllic sort of place to live. Except that is for all the photographers roaming the lanes. LOL Smile

David.
Love the 7 very good images. Will
