Such a good picture. I remember when I was working in Manilla (a truly horrible place for all sorts of reasons) for a while seeing kids just like this. The thing was though was how happy they seemed to be. Just out on the streets playing.

Poor little guys. But I guess it's just normal life for them. And who knows maybe it makes them a better person. Not being spoiled like many of our children. Just hope they have loving parents and aren't worked too hard. A wonderful image Somnath.

Nice portrait of the two lads Somnath, one so aware of you and the other lost in his own world, and doesn't he have amazing finger joints - just try bending your hand backwards 90º!

Exactly as we were when growing up - always out playing, using our imaginations to invent games and characters...didn't need any of the trappings that today's children have...
