I'm not sure - it's hard to see where they are, and what's in the background.
However, though the tonal range is full (downloaded, checked histogram), it doesn't look as if it is!
Increasing contrast by pulling in the shadow and highlight sliders in levels towards the middle makes this look, to my eye, more striking. I'd upload a mod if that was enabled.
And, in the end, it is a lovely portrait, with interesting composition, which always gets my vote.

Would really have to see the image without textures to compare.
Her eyes are not quite as sharp as they need to be. This may be because you didnt sharpen the re-sized image before you uploaded it, or you used multiple focus points rather than a single focus point which you would place on her near eye.
Shes an attractive model, worth taking some more shots. I would think with the 7D that centre weighted average metering will give you the best result for 99% of your shots.
