Hahhahahaaaa, it's called a mobile Tongue Although by today's standards almost considered out the arc. As for over fence...side splitting thought, I am only pixie size so it would have to have been a edging strip for me see over. Nope If I can recall back then it was from the verge of the road, they didn't have a fence, but no trespassing involved only privacy invaded. Ooops makings of a reporter there! Smile
