The Age Of The Modern Appliance.

By lifesnapper
Hi all and many thanks as always for your much appreciated votes and comments on my latest images.
Today, a change from people pic's but something that I just had to photograph. A walk on a small Greek Island in the Santorini caldera, proved to have a vast mixture of culture through the ages. Not unlike the beach at Dungeness.Smile
Have a lovely weekend everyone, whatever the weather.
All the best to all,

Many thousands of years from now an archaeologist will dig this up and ponder how we lived our lives...that is unless Donald & Kim don't blow this planet to smithereens first SadSadSad

Just love the rich colour of that rust John. Another group I belonged to had a selection to the "beauty of rust", I think it draws photographers to it...

The Santorini blue door acts as a great b/g for all the old appliances.
The rust or grease colour is a lovely contrast to the blue.
