This was another shot taken at the Khongor Els Sand Dunes in the Gobi desert in southern Mongolia last month. Although I had to use a fair bit of zoom it has most of the ingredients you need for this shot - a razor sharp edge, virgin sand, the footprints on the shadow side of the ridge, and a nice long shadow of the man.
