The Biting Heat

This row of poplar trees is in Gayton. Not quite Italy, but with the heat...

I photographed them a couple of evenings ago, from about 2 miles away. they appeared to catch fire as the sun set behind them, and made the sky look like a row of teeth.

Thanks for the comments and votes on my 'Uncle Tom' silly Sunday shot - it made a few people smile - good result!
