Many thanks to you all. I could see the potential of the scene although moments prior to this it was dull, flat and uninspiring. I spent a lot of time here over the four rainy days I experienced but this and a few others were the only useable Lochan Na h-Achlaise shots I managed.

Thanks a lot. I took a gamble by plonking the Black Mount framed by trees in the middle of the frame. I felt the composition was about symmetry and balance more than specific focal points so I appreciate the positive feedback.
