I like the idea and the boat and rocks stands out very nicely within the picture, but the sky sorry for me it is just over done.
Have uploaded a mod where I have crop/cloned out the concrete brick in the lower right hand corner let me know what you think.

Lots of impact here........quite like the over the top sky but have to admit that having checked out Mike's modification he makes a very good point.
I love the composition and the rest is down to personal taste

A very dramatic image which catches the eye, though the sky is obviously a matter of taste! The main problem is the sloping horizon ( down to the left ) so I have loaded a mod with 2 degree clockwise rotation ( a tad too much! ) and cropped off the darkest cloud.

The best bit of this is that superb sky. The weak bit is the extreme foreground with excessive highlights right on the bottom edge. Just where you don't want them. Crop them off and I would even say a decent HDR.

If you use Nik for you HDR you can add control points and reduce exposure in particular areas.
