The Chase!

By leedsgh
This is the second pic of my animation portrait uploads!

My little lad loves to chase me, and loves to find out what the camera is! This makes it really hard to get away from him to be able to take a shot like this!

I had to sprint from one end of the room to the other, squat down, look through the viewfinder, focus and shoot multiple shots in order to get this sequence!!

Safe to say I looked like Id raced Linford by the time I got to shoot these!!

Hi Gav

I love this type of photography. I love the B&W it really suits your images. I also like seeing all of the perspective in each photograph which of course binds into one beautifully corigoraphed piece of work. I had a look at your other images and they are just awesome. Very well done.

Another very pleasing sequence - and a great treatment border to make the most of it.

Guess I'd recommend cloning out the remains of detail above his head.

I agree with Mark about the details in the first image but this is super, whats it like in colour? K.

Hey Gav,

Not as good as yesterdays which was excellent - but still good. It's the photoshop work - it brings it down a bit, jagged edges around the little guy and remaining details. But - I believe it's been said above anyhow.

All I did on PS was lift all tones to wash out the clumsy background. I understand where you are coming from, but the little fella was not cut out to put him on a white background.

Excellent sequence, but as above - the edges are very harsh.
