Good to see the support of British cheese manufacturers, also interesting to see the cured meats, are these going to disappear in the next few months? Man life will be boring with boiled beef and carrots as the "high cooking" (Wink ) of good old Pomgolia.
And just as an aside, down here in N.Z. there are good cheeses to be had, however the mass produced sold by the 1 Kg block stuff is awful.

Brilliant! Pomgolia. That seems to me to express a great deal about the state of the rather Disunited Kingdom.

In practice, I'm sure that inventive entrepreneurial people will work out how to keep good stuff coming in from the rest of Europe (without chlorinating the chickens), and how to get British performers back on the road. Sadly, I don't have any close ancestors who'd put me in line for a different passport.

Can we borrow Jacinda when she's not busy, please? She's what I'd call a proper leader.

Thanks Nigel and John for the comments! This was of course taken prebrexit and pre pandemic and am I looking forward to getting back to this!

Didnít the Donald put a bid in to buy Jacinda? Would have been his best deal ever.

The combination of a cheese shop and politics is swirling round in my head now, Andy.

I have got an image of a certain prime minister as the Monty Python cheese shop owner, with a series of denials that a particular election promise is available today.

Sorry Jacinda isn't for sale, she's doing to good a job of keeping NZ relatively free from the virus.
Ok, we are in the biggest open prison in the world, but it beats being incarcerated within your own four walls. I am off for a weekend away in Wellington, just have to wear a mask whilst on the flight, and we have two further trips away later in the year.Smile
It's almost as if this virus thing is not happening, but I know it is after being in touch with people topside,
And I also buy cheese from the UK, even though NZ is awash with milk.

We're allowed to envy Jacinda, though. Such an example for other leaders...

I love cheese, and I love fisheye images - my Nikon fisheye is my favourite lens! So this gets my vote 👍
Great images in your Portfolio, Andrew 😃
