As you say, they are all different and they have such a long time span. This one looks like it could have been built anytime between the late 1800s and the first half of the 1900s. The other thing I like about churches is that if you don't capture the shot first time you can keep going back. I have two thoughts about this one:
a) move back a little more. Those benches are typical of churches and if empty can bring a sense of loneliness to a scene. Church doors can be interesting. That door on the right is chopped. Either include it or chop it completely.
b) The sky is bland. (
) In cases like this, changing to B&W and adding a little contrast can make that bland sky a feature. .
