The Crypt-keeper's Daughter

By xanda
Just a bit of cropping, contrast adjustment and sharpening. This is for those of you who like the fantasy side of things.

Exposure was 1/300th at f4

Thanks for looking.

I like the title, the colours, the subject and especially the crop and viewing angle.

I just don't think the harsh lighting is getting the best out of the potential of this shot.

I love the shot too, though the concrete kirb sort of takes the photo out of context. Would perhaps worked better if she was on the grass or a graveyeard would have made this shot very fantasy gothic like.

Thank you, Dave.

Thank you, Thomas.

This was just a test shot - the title occured to me later. I'm doing a number of shoots with Liv to see how she looks in different settings/roles/colours before moving on to more narrative-based image sets. Cheers.

Thanx for this one Simon. If you want to put a false nightish look on it go into brightness & contrast and drop the contrast.

Thanks, Mark. I've just got back from another shoot with Liv so I hope there will be plenty more you like! Cheers.

Thank you, Doug.

Thank you, Jeff. I'll give it a try. We should be doing more fantasy oriented stuff soon. Cheers.

I love this one Simon. An action shot. Colours and look really put me in mind of that old TV series Robin: The Hooded Man.

Thank you, Mark. I'm hoping to do more fantasy/action based stuff with Liv in the future. Cheers.
