This takes me back to the days of film! I had (and still have) a Paterson colour enlarger, and though I never really got any good at processing colour, did quite a bit of black & white. My temporary darkroom was the bathroom, with enlarger on the toilet seat (down of course!) and processing trays in the bath. How so much easier it all is in Photoshop! 😁

A lovely evocation of a darkroom Janet, only the smell missing!
I still have all my darkroom stuff in boxes, it's been to a few places now. Everything I read about developing prints mentioned keeping the developer warm (obviously a hang over from pre central heating days) once in Africa I had to put a bag of ice in the developer to stop prints going black immediately!
Now you've me some ideas..................

Thanks everyone.
Lol Malc, you do so make me smile...hairdryer, yes, I see that one, designer coffee percolator, now there's a niche
The child's nightlight is a good idea although I have plans for said light.
Go for it James, taking ideas from others is a good thing !...I'm going to apply for smellavision
The LB has a place in my kit bag, it's challenging and a bit different, whether it will become my favourite, who knows.
Janet xx
