The Eye over Portcullis House

By TheURL
I took dozens of shots of this from various positions around Parliament Square, and still can't decide what should be in or out. I wanted symmetry of the wheel, and I wanted to keep the Dutch gable end. I didn't want a tree in the way! The end result was several quite nice images and this is my personal favourite.

It takes a good eye to spot shots like that.

Thanks Mike - in Parliament Square in particular there is always a guaranteed distraction, as at weekends there's always a protest march going on for one cause or another. On this particular day I think it was a hybrid march involving Welsh Nationalists, Covid deniers, pretty well anything people aren't happy about. With a shot like this though they were also guaranteed not to get in the frame!

This is different and the viewpoint is well chosen.
