People could not only roam in the street, but could also sit on the traffic light to read phone, and wouldn't be challenged by anybody in Liverpool in the good old days,..Grin

The photo was taken in the following day when Liverpool FC won Champions League in 2019, people were waiting for their team coming back home from Madrid.

I fail to see the purpose of kids hanging out together these days. They all seem to be talking to someone else on the phone. But if it was a championship win, that's a little different.
